- Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
- Define sales goals, targets, and incentives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, planning, and performance tracking.
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
2. Marketing Planning & Execution
- Create detailed marketing plans (brand campaigns, promotions, digital, events).
- Coordinate branding, advertising, social media, and customer acquisition activities.
- Identify market trends, analyze customer behaviors, and refine marketing initiatives accordingly.
3. Market Expansion
- Explore and enter new markets, segments, and geographies.
- Drive product launch strategies for new jewellery collections.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with influencers, designers, and trade bodies.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team.
- Set performance KPIs, conduct reviews, and develop training plans.
- Foster high-performance culture and cross-functional collaboration.
5. Customer & Channel Management
- Define pricing, discount policies, and trade terms.
- Monitor competitor activity and positioning.
- Manage CRM, customer feedback loops, loyalty programs.
6. Digital & Retail Strategy
- Oversee e-commerce, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online customer engagement.
- Optimize retail presence (showrooms/brand stores) experiences.
- Analyze data analytics and marketing ROI.
