1. Purpose of the Position
The Sales & Marketing Lead – Staging Division is responsible for acquiring and managing new and existing customers for Steeldeck Inc.’s staging sales and rental operations. This includes proactive client outreach, quoting and coordinating staging jobs, attending site visits for builds and strikes, and ensuring total customer satisfaction. The role also oversees all marketing activities, including SEO, website management, email campaigns, and social media, to strengthen Steeldeck’s brand visibility and generate qualified inbound leads.
2. Duties & Responsibilities Sales / Customer Acquisition & Account Management
- Identify and acquire new staging customers across entertainment, events, theater, film/TV, education, and corporate markets.
- Generate a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month through calls, emails, networking, and digital outreach.
- Quote and manage staging projects from inquiry to completion, ensuring all pricing, scope, and logistics are accurate and profitable.
- Conduct site visits for both builds and strikes to confirm layouts, logistics, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout each project to ensure exceptional service and successful execution.
- Maintain and update CRM database with 100% accuracy.
- Represent Steeldeck Inc. at trade shows, industry mixers, and networking events.
Marketing / Brand Development
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified inbound leads.
- Manage website content, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee and grow social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with relevant, engaging content.
- Collaborate with the operations and production teams to develop case studies, photo/video assets, and project highlights that showcase Steeldeck’s capabilities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $84,948.77 per year
