Position: Sales & Marketing Manager – Transformers Division

Location: Noida/Delhi NCR (with frequent customer travel)

Role Overview:

The role involves customer visits, networking, and lead generation from private clients such as liasoners, consultants, contractors, builders, industrialists, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on enquiries for transformers.

Regularly visit and engage consultants, contractors, and private clients.

Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

Coordinate with technical/operations teams for proposals and order execution.

Maintain sales pipeline and submit weekly reports.

Participate in exhibitions, industry forums, and trade shows.

Desired Profile:

Graduate (BBA/B.Com/Engineering); MBA preferred but not mandatory.

3–5 years’ experience in industrial product sales (transformers/electrical equipment/EPC preferred).

Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, energetic, and open to frequent travel.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
