Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Develop and Implement Strategic Marketing Plans and Sales Plans.
• Analysis of current products performance and developing of new products.
• Plans and oversees advertising and Design promotions activities, coordinate in preparation of promotional material and execute promotions that will help to increase sales and better products positioning in customer mind.
• Coordinate with operational team for execution of promotional plans.
• Work closely with all the conventional, digital and web team to produce materials of visual impact and within our brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Market Research
• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to analyze Sales Data and prepare comprehensive reports
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Sales & Marketing Planning and Promotion
• Be honest and trustworthy
• Be respectful to customers and employees
• Team management and leading skills
• Willing to work on-site

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
