Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts in the real estate and construction sector. The role demands strong client relationship management, sales strategy execution, and marketing leadership to drive revenue growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and close agreements effectively.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth client handover and delivery.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to track competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and present insights to management.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing (real estate/construction preferred).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and team leadership qualities.
