We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development, partnerships, and promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, driving revenue, and executing creative marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event partners, and agencies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-up.
  • Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hotel/event operations teams to deliver seamless guest and client experiences.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns (digital, print, influencer, and on-ground activations).
  • Coordinate with creative and PR teams to strengthen brand identity and media presence.
  • Plan and manage promotional events, collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.

Leadership & Reporting:

  • Lead a small team of sales/marketing executives and guide them to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,962.68 per month
