Sales & Marketing Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in sales and marketing (hospitality industry preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation, planning, and team management abilities
• Valid UAE driving license

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading and managing the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Managing key client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication
