- Continuously optimize based on CPA, ROAS, and conversion KPIs.
- Provide regular insights and performance dashboards.

- Create and lead organic and paid strategies on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Craft trend-driven, highly engaging short-form content (reels, stories, carousels).
- Analyze competitor activity and stay ahead of social media trends in the region.
- Grow and nurture an engaged audience that turns into loyal users.
Customer Engagement & Reputation Management
- Respond to customer queries and reviews across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with customer service for seamless online experience.
- Maintain strong brand sentiment and consistency.
Content Planning & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers to develop highly engaging content.
- Propose and execute monthly campaign calendars (launches, discounts, events).
- Suggest blog topics, banners, video scripts, and influencer ideas.
- Track post-campaign results and iterate.
