About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can build a brand from zero while driving early sales. You’ll shape our positioning, create our first marketing assets, test channels, talk to users, and convert interest into paying customers. This is a hands-on builder role.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine the brand narrative, voice, and positioning
- Build our initial content library: website copy, landing pages, social content, pitch decks
- Set up core marketing foundations (CRM, analytics, email tools, social channels)
- Run early-growth experiments to learn what resonates
- Develop and manage the content and campaign calendar
- Create simple visuals or coordinate with designers when needed
- Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, closing
- Track metrics, learn fast, and iterate on what works
What You Bring
- Experience building or shaping a brand, ideally from early stage
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
- Comfortable running experiments with limited resources
- Ability to switch smoothly between creative, strategic, and sales tasks
- Data-aware, scrappy, and proactive in figuring things out
Nice to Have
- Experience with startup go-to-market, growth loops, or early sales
- Familiarity with basic design tools and marketing platforms
- Interest in shaping product and user experience
