About the Company

NK Baumeister is a renovation and fit-out company specializing in high-quality apartment and villa renovations using German technologies and materials. We deliver reliable European standards and premium craftsmanship.

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Manager who will manage incoming leads, handle client communication, and build our marketing presence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties:

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
• Consult clients on renovation services and provide basic information
• Record client details (contact, location, project type)
• Schedule site visits and measurements
• Follow up and convert leads into signed contracts
• Prepare simple commercial proposals (template provided)
• Maintain a clean pipeline of active leads

Marketing Duties:

• Launch and manage ads on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google
• Create content (Reels, Stories, photos, before/after visuals)
• Film job sites using a phone and do simple editing
• Manage and update the company’s Instagram account
• Analyze ad performance and optimize budget
• Work closely with management on building brand image

Requirements

• Excellent English (Russian is a plus; Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in Sales or Marketing in the UAE is required
• Ability to run social media ads (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Confident in content creation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in renovation/fit-out/real estate is a strong advantage
• Self-driven and able to work independently
