1. Sales & Admissions Management

  • Manage end-to-end admissions process for online courses.
  • Convert inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website forms, and social media.
  • Counsel students and parents on course features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain CRM data, follow-up logs, and lead status updates.
  • Improve conversion rates through structured follow-ups and communication plans.

2. Lead Generation & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan and execute online lead-generation strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
  • Collaborate with digital marketing agencies or internal teams.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, tutors, coaching centers, and online communities.
  • Drive referral programs and influencer collaborations to boost leads.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.
  • Manage content creation: posts, creatives, videos, landing pages, emailers.
  • Run performance marketing campaigns and track analytics.
  • Improve cost per lead (CPL) and overall campaign ROI.
  • Manage social media presence and content calendar for the brand.

4. Brand Building & Communication

  • Ensure consistent and engaging branding across all online platforms.
  • Oversee website content, blogs, testimonials, and student success stories.
  • Manage online reviews, ratings, and reputation management.
  • Promote free demo classes, webinars, workshops, and events.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and CPL.
  • Monitor KPIs like lead quality, conversion rate, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
  • Recommend strategies based on performance insights.

6. Coordination & Team Leadership

  • Lead and guide sales executives, telecallers, and marketing team members.
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
  • Work with academic team to schedule demo classes and promote upcoming batches.

7. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Maintain high responsiveness to inquiries across all digital channels.
  • Ensure excellent communication and support during the admissions journey.
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents for referrals.

8. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation of admissions, fee records, and communication logs.
  • Follow ethical and transparent sales practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,060.58 - ₹51,724.53 per month
