Seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in technical sales, LED display systems, AV solutions, or event production technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth by identifying potential customers, developing relationships, and closing deal
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate and pursue new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue.
Understand client needs and provide tailored AV/LED solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, ensuring seamless project execution.
Negotiate contracts and manage customer expectations.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of AV integration, LED display specifications, and emerging industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in AV/LED or event production.
Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Result -driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in English: Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
Valid Driving License: Must have a valid driving license for client meetings and site visits.
