We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive brand visibility, strengthen client relationships, and lead initiatives that increase revenue and market presence. 🎯 Responsibilities

Marketing

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to grow brand awareness.
• Manage digital campaigns, social media presence, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing content
• Plan and manage participation in events, conferences, and industry showcases

Sales

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and marketplaces
• Develop sales pipelines and manage the full sales cycle
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and partnership offers
• Track KPIs and produce regular performance reports

🧩 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (experience in gaming or digital content is a big plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and sales pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
