Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in food safety, hospitality management, or restaurant operations are an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision, service standards, and guest experience.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and sales performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food compliance regulations.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage and will be considered a strong asset, though not mandatory.
• Proven ability to drive brand visibility, market positioning, and revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
• Experience in building and maintaining meaningful client and partner relationships.
• Expertise in planning and delivering impactful sales and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to translate brand vision into measurable commercial results.
• Solid understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
