Sales & Marketing Manager ( Female)

Ritz Entertainment is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to handle client acquisition, promote our event services, and support revenue growth. The role involves dealing with corporate clients, wedding planners, and brands for concerts, shows, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business for concerts, weddings, and corporate events
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Create and execute marketing plans (online & offline)
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and proposals

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales/marketing experience (event industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business (preferred)
