Sales & Marketing Manager (female prefered)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and promote the Ain Gold App. The role focuses on building strong customer and retailer networks, generating leads, and increasing engagement with our digital gold platform.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute strategies to acquire new customers and onboard them to the Ain Gold App.

Identify and pursue leads through calls, market visits, and referral programs.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers and key clients to expand the customer base.

Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into active users and promote app usage.

Track customer engagement, analyze results, and optimize strategies for better adoption.

Support campaigns and promotions that encourage app downloads and usage.

Maintain accurate reports of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.

Familiarity with CRM and basic reporting tools.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam or Tamil.

Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of coordinating field and app-based initiatives.

Summary:
