Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager – Turbine Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for turbine products and services. This role combines strategic marketing, key account management, and solution-based selling across power generation, industrial, and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies for turbine products, retrofits, spares, and service contracts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in power, oil & gas, industrial, and renewable sectors
- Manage key accounts, EPCs, utilities, and OEM partners
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new turbine models, upgrades, and service offerings
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
- Support branding, product positioning, and value proposition development
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
- Work with technical teams to create brochures, presentations, and case studies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
- Support after-sales and lifecycle service growth initiatives
- Provide customer feedback to product and R&D teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing of turbines, power equipment, or heavy industrial products
- Skills & Competencies

- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
