Sales & Marketing-Minded Administrative Assistant with a strong Customer Service focus

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced customer service minded sales associate to lead our existing team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for service management and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. This role also involves assisting therapists, lite housekeeping, cross-selling products and ensuring a seamless health and wellness experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the front end, ensuring efficient checkout processes and customer retention.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandising, and product placement..
• Conduct client orientation & development of sessions to enhance clients experience.
• Handle all tasks related to front-end operations.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operation throughout the day to day operation.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Providing excellent customer service and education to all patients.
• Managing the routine housekeeping of the center.
• Assisting therapists with patients from time to time

Requirements

• Proven experience in service and/or retail with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proficient in retail math, inventory control, and sales management practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques and marketing strategies in a retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
