Verminator Pvt. Ltd. is Pakistan’s leading B2B services provider & supplier of premium Insect Light Traps (Adhify & Flowcatcher), serving food-processing plants, restaurants, pharma units, packaging facilities and more. We’re looking for a self-driven Sales Executive to Lahore territory and drive ILT adoption across the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Development: Identify, prospect and qualify new B2B accounts in restaurants, food factories, pharmaceutical plants, cold storages, packaging industries , etc.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct cold calls, on-site visits demos and presentations; prepare quotations; negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Target Achievement: Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets (units sold & revenue); earn uncapped commission on achievement of target.
  • Relationship Management: Build & maintain strong ties with Procurement Managers, Quality Heads, CEOs and facility leads across Lahore and nearby industry hubs.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitive insights and customer feedback; report opportunities and challenges to Sales Head.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 2+ years of direct B2B sales (preferably F&B, pharma, industrial equipment).
  • Mobility: Own a reliable motorcycle and valid riding license.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent Urdu & English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
  • Strong network / industry contacts in Lahore’s food & pharma sectors (preferred).
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email and basic MS Office.
