Sales & Marketing Officer

We are looking to hire an Sales & Marketing Officer for our Concrete Additive Division.

Location: Surat (Field-based)

Reporting To: CEO

Experience Required : 2–3 years in RMC, concrete additives, or construction chemicals sales

Qualification:

Must have Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering (technical understanding of concrete, construction & RMC processes)

Preferred : Knowledge of chemical additives and/or MBA (sales & marketing skills)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Promote and sell GO Mixture / Graphene-based concrete additive to RMC suppliers, Civil Infrastructure Projects & Builders in South Gujarat.

2. Generate leads, meet clients, present product benefits, and close sales.

3. Coordinate with CEO for order confirmation and delivery scheduling.

4. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain client accounts.

5. Provide technical guidance to clients regarding product usage and benefits.

6. Maintain daily / weekly sales reports and field visit logs.

7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Additional Skills & Requirements :

Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have own vehicle for client visits

Ability to maintain accurate order, delivery management and payment records
