Sales & Marketing Officer

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, etc.).
  • Manage CRM systems for sales pipeline tracking and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with advertising and design agencies, printers, and external vendors.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within UAE
  • Create and publish marketing content
  • Collaborate with other departments for campaign alignment.
  • Manage and update the companys digital platforms, including website and social media channels.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Generate performance reports on sales activities, campaign results, and ROI.

  • Skilled at structuring deals, handling objections, and closing high-value sales.
  • Ability to craft persuasive content and run multi-channel campaigns
  • Understanding of how to build and sustain brand visibility in a competitive market.

  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to improve marketing and sales strategies and campaign performance.
  • Effective prioritization of tasks and management of time to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing certifications
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages can be an advantage
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in security services industry.
