Sales & Marketing Officer (Office Based)

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer will manage office-based sales activities, handle client coordination, follow up on leads, support marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate sales records. This role is target-driven and focused on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Follow up on sales leads and convert them into customers
• Maintain and update CRM and sales records
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Work closely with the team to achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply)
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
