We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to help us grow our client base and deliver exceptional investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Newyork Capital Funds and explaining our services.
• Provide information about investment opportunities and how our firm can help them achieve their financial goals.
• Schedule in-office appointments for potential clients to meet with our investment consultants.
• Follow up on leads, answer any questions, and address concerns to ensure clients are informed and comfortable moving forward.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients have a positive experience during the initial contact phase.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client inquiries.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to meet targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
