Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Officer with proven experience in studio or production house sales and services. The candidate should be capable of handling clients, promoting studio services, and increasing business through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote studio and production house services (photography, videography, events, post-production, albums, etc.)

· Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Plan and execute marketing activities (online & offline)

· Coordinate with studio and production teams

· Meet monthly sales targets

· Conduct market research and analyze competitors and customer trends

· Prepare sales reports and update management on performance

· Support branding and promotional initiatives to improve market presence

Requirements:

• Field sales experience preferred

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing

· Prior experience in studio / production house / media industry preferred

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Ability to handle clients independently and close deals

· Knowledge of photography, videography, and production services

· Experience in field sales, client visits, and follow-ups

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion

· Good organizational and time-management skills

· Target-oriented with a result-driven approach

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team

· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

· Proficiency in MS Office / basic computer skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
