Sales & Marketing Officer - URGENT

Our Copmany is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to support our commercial growth and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned medical devices to hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong customer pipeline.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales in accordance with company policies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using approved CRM tools.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments.
• Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and medical workshops.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with medical device regulations, ethical guidelines, and company branding standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives.

Compliance & Relationship Management

• Ensure full compliance with healthcare laws, medical device regulations, and company SOPs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and product developments.
