Job Title: Sales & Marketing Operations Executive

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Operations Executive will support business growth by analyzing sales performance, executing offline marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external marketing agencies. The role requires strong analytical skills, execution focus, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations

Monitor, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.

Track sales performance against targets and identify trends or gaps.

Maintain accurate sales records and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.

2. Marketing Operations

Plan, coordinate, and execute offline sales and marketing campaigns.

Support trade marketing activities, activations, and field initiatives.

Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

3. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between management and marketing agencies.

Ensure timely execution of campaigns as per agreed timelines and budgets.

Follow up with agencies on deliverables, reports, and improvements.

4. Execution & Reporting

Ensure on-ground execution aligns with brand and business objectives.

Provide regular updates and insights to management.

Support process improvements in sales and marketing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Prior experience in offline sales, FMCG, trade marketing, or field marketing.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or trade marketing (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
