Sales & Marketing - Reservations Specialist

Peace Love Dogs is a luxury dog resort offering boarding, training, daycare and grooming. We have been in the Spring Branch/Memorial area for 15 years and have a loyal client base. We pride ourselves on our passionate team culture and commitment to providing an outstanding experience to our clients and their dogs!

We are growing and looking for a Reservations Specialist who can be the warm, professional voice of our business, building trust with pet parents, supporting our loyal clients, and helping our team grow the business one great conversation at a time!

A Day in the Life of a Reservation Specialist

  • Be the voice of our brand on phone, email, and in person — the first impression for prospective clients and a trusted touchpoint for our loyal one.
  • Take inbound calls, return voicemails, and respond to email inquiries the same business day
  • Build the value of our services through warm, scripted-but-natural conversations — listening for what each pet parent really needs before recommending a fit
  • Process new reservations from start to finish
  • Cross-sell and upsell across boarding, daycare, training, and grooming when it genuinely benefits the pet
  • Follow up with clients we haven't seen in a while and stay current on confirmation calls
  • Maintain a daily sales tracker and consistently meet or exceed service sales goals.
  • Provide back-up support to the Client Services team at the front desk

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, hospitality, or call-center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; related business courses helpful but not required
  • Solid computer experience in various platforms, and with updating systems while on the phone
  • Excellent spoken and written communication — clear, professional, and warm
  • Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Comfortable around dogs of all kinds

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
