We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and revenue growth of our resort. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract guests, maximize occupancy, and enhance the resort’s brand presence across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in leisure, corporate, and group segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Marketing & Branding
- Design and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce promotional materials and content.
- Manage the resort’s online presence, including website, SEO, and social media engagement.
- Revenue Management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences.
- Work closely with the reservations and revenue team to optimize pricing and packages.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.
- Events & Promotions
- Plan and execute resort events, seasonal promotions, and partnerships.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Team Leadership
- Train and mentor sales & marketing staff.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and customer focus.
