Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals across assigned territories.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, inside sales, and territory management.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Analytical skills for market analysis, performance metrics evaluation, and strategic planning.

Pay: $49,067.11 - $59,091.57 per year
