Sales Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle both sales activities and marketing support. The role includes lead generation, client communication, promoting products/services, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping the company grow brand awareness. Candidates must have strong communication skills, creativity, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads through calls, online research, social media, and networking.
Explain products/services to prospects and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close deals.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Manage CRM/lead sheet and update daily sales records and progress reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
