Damen Shared Services Abu Dhabi is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist - Content to support our global Sales teams. This is an office-based, non-client-facing role focused on developing high-quality presentations, marketing materials, and visual content that enable our Sales teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and proposals
• Work with Sales Manager to develop marketing materials (flyers, brochures, one-pagers)
• Work with Sales Team in design visuals and infographics to simplify technical content
• Produce short marketing videos and multimedia content
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency
• Support internal stakeholders with high-quality, timely deliverables
• Sales coordination

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, design, or content creation
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently, critical mindset and personal initiative
• Good communication skills (internal stakeholder coordination)
• Experience with video editing and AI tools is a plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
