Sales & MarketingManager

  • Team Leadership: Train, and mentor sales representatives. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans that align with overall business goals and revenue targets.
  • Goal Setting: Set individual and team sales quotas, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volumes.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and step in to assist with escalated customer complaints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, product, and finance teams to refine messaging, pricing, and overall go-to-market strategies.
  • Pipeline & Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and project profitability on products and services.
