Responsibilities

• Guide new patients through our transformative wellness programs
• Educate clients on our services (GLP-1s, NAD+, peptides, etc.)
• Follow up with leads and close consultations
• Collaborate with a fun, supportive, and mission-driven team

• Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory. Other qualifications will be considered.
• Experience in a hospital environment is advantageous, particularly in internal medicine or dermatology specialties.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge is essential.
• Proficient in medication administration techniques and patient care protocols for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
