Sales Merchandiser

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser for FMCG with proven experience in modern trade and traditional trade within the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Foodstuff industry, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive sales growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and traditional markets across Dubai.
• Ensure effective merchandising, product display, and shelf management to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure compliance with store display guidelines while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in merchandising within the UAE food market (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah).
• Experience in both modern trade (e.g., Sharjah coop, Abu dhabi coop, Union coop, etc.) and traditional trade (local groceries, convenience stores, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Valid UAE driving license (car ownership preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
