Sales Merchandiser

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser con Sales Representative to join our team. This dual role involves both merchandising, which ensures our products are displayed appealingly and strategically, and sales, focusing on driving product sales. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with outstanding sales skills to support our brand and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising / Sales

- Plan and execute merchandising strategies that align with company standards.

- Ensure products are correctly stocked, well-presented, and priced accurately.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as necessary.

- Analyse sales data to inform display decisions and optimize product placement.

- Present and promote products to customers.

General:

- Provide comprehensive reports and feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

- Participate in training and development programs to keep skills updated.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in merchandising or sales, preferably in retail under water sport / outdoor/ any sport

- Strong knowledge of merchandising and sales strategies and principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.

- Highly motivated and target-driven in sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
