Role: Sales Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail stores, supermarkets, and traditional markets across Dubai and the UAE.
• Ensure effective product display and shelf management to maximize visibility and sales according to brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels and analyze sales data to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stock-outs.
• Manage product rotation to ensure freshness, maintain quality control, and minimize wastage.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth and clear slow-moving inventory.
• Conduct market research to identify buying patterns and curate the best product mix for different store locations.
• Collaborate with buyers and distributors to negotiate favorable terms, secure exclusive deals, and provide product updates.
• Work with demand planning teams to provide accurate sales forecasts and report performance metrics to management.
• Ensure all displays and activities adhere to store guidelines, local regulations, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

- Proven sales and merchandising experience within the UAE food market

-Experience handling both modern trade (e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, and Spinneys) and traditional trade (local groceries).

-Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

-Valid UAE driving license and personal car ownership required.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
