Transparent Overseas is a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium home décor, glass, and hard goods products, serving international buyers and global brands. We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic professionals with strong merchandising and sales expertise.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Merchandiser with strong exposure to hard goods and home décor products. The candidate should be confident in handling buyers, driving sales growth, and managing end-to-end order execution in an export environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle buyer communication and manage international client accounts
• Drive sales growth through strong follow-ups and order conversions
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth execution
• Manage costing, price negotiations, and order confirmations
• Monitor order progress from sampling to shipment
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain strong buyer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Merchandising (Hard Goods / Home Décor)
• Strong knowledge of export processes and buyer handling
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Understanding of product development and sampling
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
