• We are seeking highly skilled sales superstars to be trained as Mergers and Acquisitions Specialists to join our team, working
• ONE HOUR A DAY TO START.

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire search process for clients who have retained us to locate and identify add-on acquisitions.

OUR CLIENTS RANGE FROM $5-$25 million revenue private businesses right up to large $10-$200 BILLION Private Equity firms looking for add-on acquisitions.

We will provide a home study and one-on-one training program to help if you are otherwise a strong sales-oriented professional, but need some training to MASTER financial statements and nuances of the M & A Process.

WE ARE NOT BROKERS, BUT WORLDWIDE CONSULTANTS RETAINED BY OUR CLIENTS TO HELP THEM LOCATE AND WORK WITH BROKER AND INVESTMENT BROKER NETWORKS TO IDENTIFY ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITIES.

ALL YOUR WORK WILL BE REMOTE AND ON ZOOM, ETC. YOU CAN WORK ROM HOME OR YOUR PRESENT OFFICE.

Keep your present position until your M & A income exceeds it!

You will start simply locating possible acquisitions for existing clients looking for specific targeted businesses, from hundreds of business intermediaries, as well as our own quick list of over 1,150 businesses for sale from our broker network. You will then progress to more responsibilities.

WE WILL START BY ASSIGNING A CLIENT TO BEGIN WITH…NO NEED TO WAIT TO GET STARTED. BUT YOU NEED TO ALLOCATE AT LEAST ONE HOUR DAILY TO THE ENDEAVOR!

Our pay scale is the highest in the industry, and we have ex-big name M & A professionals (where they did not want to continue with 100 hour weeks!,)

THIS IS A SUCCESS ONLY COMPENSATION, and you are an independent agent.. Our typical fee on a $5 million average small direct deal is $250,000: $500,000 on a $10 million deal value. Larger deals can see fees significantly larger.

Our fee payout schedule exceeds that of WALL STREET firms, but we are not Securities Brokers or Dealers or Business Brokers…

WE ARE A CONSULTING FIRM, we work with brokers and investment bankers to source acquisition opportunities for our clients.

You can also step up to your own office location if you like, but not really necessary.

Requirements:
- High Sales acumen preferred to degree requirement, although financial or accounting background is helpful as well as consulting experience in a variety of industries.

You will also be able to use your experience as additional earnings as a consultant representing our firm for services clients may desire that YOU POSSESS. So additional income is possible, and furthermore if clients use any service WE provide, but you only refer them to our services, you are also compensated for just the referral and get paid as long as the client uses our service.

If you have been working 100 hours at your present position, relax with a more reasonable time and at-home time, while still earning top-tier likely higher compensation.

Effective writing and communication skills at a high level to interact with intermediaries and brokers who have businesses for sale helpful but not necessary since we will consider mentoring the right person:

- Professional certifications are desirable but NOT necessary, and certain of our Managing Directors are CPA’s, CFA’s and Attorneys.
- Proven experience is helpful in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, or related SALES roles BUT WE WILL TRAIN ANY SHORTFALL IN YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others IS HELPFUL.
