Cervello Tech is a rapidly growing specialist in state-of-the-art Audiovisual (AV) and Unified Communication (UC) solutions. We partner with industry-leading brands to provide cutting-edge hardware, including Interactive Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, and IP PBX solutions.

We are looking for energetic, organized, and proactive individuals to join our foundational team at our Lahore Office.

Open Positions1. Sales Executive (Male)

• Focus: Outdoor business development and client acquisition.
• Responsibilities: Visiting clients, conducting meetings, generating prospects, and closing leads.
• Requirement: Must possess a personal motorbike for official outdoor tasks.

2. Sales Coordinator (Female)

• Focus: Internal sales support and lead generation.
• Responsibilities: Tele-sales activities, reaching out to prospective clients, sending company introductions via email, and scheduling meetings for Sales Executives.

3. Office Coordinator (Male/Female)

• Focus: Administrative support and database management.
• Responsibilities: Managing company databases and handling daily indoor/outdoor administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Must have a final degree in hand).
• Note: For the Office Coordinator role, Intermediate/A-Level candidates may be considered.
• English Proficiency: Excellent professional reading and writing skills.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Skills in Graphic Design or presentation software (PowerPoint/Canva) are a significant advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in IT Hardware/Software sales is preferred.
• Note: Call center experience does not count toward the professional sales experience required for Slabs A or B.

Salary Slab A: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering (Must be a graduate with a final degree in hand).
• Experience: At least two years of experience in IT Hardware or Software sales targeting the Pakistani market.
• Note: Call center experience will not be considered toward the required experience for this slab.

Salary Slab B: PKR 45,000 – 50,000

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering (Must be a graduate with a final degree in hand).
• Experience: At least one year of experience in IT Hardware or Software sales targeting the Pakistani market.
• Note: Call center experience will not be considered toward the required experience for this slab.

Salary Slab: Office Coordinator: PKR 35,000 – 40,000

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Requirements: Strong proficiency in office coordination and database management.

Fuel Allowance: PKR 12/km (For official outdoor visits).

Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Permanent (On-site)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Location: Office No. 9, 2nd Floor, IT Tower Shopping Mall, 73-E/1, Gulberg 3, Hali Road, Lahore.
