Role Description

We are looking for a professional and dynamic Sales & Office Operations Executive to work in Kuwait branch to oversee daily office functions while actively engaging in the sales process. This full-time role includes maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment, handling administrative support, and converting leads into clients through direct interaction and follow-up. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, sales-driven, and consistently available at the office during working hours.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Responsibilities:

- Present and promote Migrate World’s citizenship and residency programs to potential

clients.

- Handle client consultations, explain program benefits, and guide them through available

options.

- Manage and follow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.

- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for commission.

- Support sales efforts during events, seminars, and office visits.

2- Office Operations Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the office, including cleanliness, supplies, and

readiness for client visits.

- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and coordinate scheduled meetings.

- Handle general administrative tasks: filing, documentation, scheduling, and basic

reporting.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as processing, marketing, and finance.

- Maintain client records and sales updates in CRM systems.

- Maintain availability and responsiveness during working hours.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in a sales or office management role, preferably in investment

migration, real estate, or financial services.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.

- Fluent in English and Arabic and other languages are a plus).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Ability to work independently and handle both administrative and client-facing duties.

- Must be present at the office during all working hours and reachable for urgent matters.
