Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential project-based clients through calls, emails, social media, and professional networking.
  • Schedule and attend appointments to present lighting solutions and service offerings tailored to specific project requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and develop long-term relationships with project developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly project sales targets as defined by management.
  • Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and upcoming projects to support business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate updates in the CRM database.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience, with a strong preference for project sales experience in the lighting or related industry.
  • Experience in B2B and specification-based sales is highly desirable.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple leads.
  • Basic analytical skills to track sales performance and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license preferred for client visits and site meetings.
