SALES OFFICER

Job Description:

Choice Industries (FMCG) is hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to support our field marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product visibility, executing campaigns, coordinating with retailers/distributors, and supporting sales growth in assigned regions.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Assist in implementing promotions, product launches, and sampling activities across assigned areas.

Retail & Distributor Coordination: Ensure product availability, proper display, competitive pricing, and timely stock management.

Brand Visibility: Oversee placement of banners, posters, and in-store branding to enhance product visibility.

Sales Support: Work closely with sales teams to drive product demand and collect customer feedback.

Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, gather field insights, and report market trends.

Event Marketing: Participate in organizing roadshows, exhibitions, and other on-ground brand activations.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular updates on campaign performance, market conditions, and customer response.

Vendor & Retailer Negotiations: Manage coordination and negotiations with retail partners and vendors.

Marketing Knowledge: Utilize understanding of consumer behavior and promotional tactics to support business goals.

Travel: Must be willing to travel within assigned territories frequently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales or field marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced market environments.

Must be mobile, energetic, and target-oriented.
