Sales Officer

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Shipping & Logistics company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in international shipping and freight services, along with solid industry connections across air, sea, and land. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our end-to-end logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new business opportunities in air, sea, and land freight services.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and key industry contacts.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable shipping and logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of clients’ shipments.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, visits, and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in Sales within a Shipping & Logistics company (e.g., Maersk, CMA CGM, MSC, DHL, etc.).
• Strong industry network and established connections in air, sea, and land freight.
• Good understanding of end-to-end shipping and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
