Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with customers in the furniture showroom, understanding their needs, providing product information, and facilitating sales. The role requires maintaining excellent customer service standards while achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, understanding their furniture needs and preferences.
- Present products, explain features, materials, and pricing, and demonstrate usage when applicable.
- Advise customers on furniture selection based on style, space, and budget.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with the showroom team and other departments (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Keep showroom displays organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum [1–3] years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, home decor, or retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and meet client requirements.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales systems.
- Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Reporting & Performance:
- Reports to the Showroom Manager or Sales Manager.
- Performance is measured by sales targets, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
