Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to manage field sales operations, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. This role involves client visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit prospective clients according to the field schedule
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Present products/services clearly and professionally to potential clients
  • Convert leads into sales and meet monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business contacts
  • Support marketing efforts by distributing brochures, posters, and promotional materials
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights for strategy improvement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, leads, and conversions
  • Participate in campaigns, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
