Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to manage field sales operations, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. This role involves client visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective clients according to the field schedule
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Present products/services clearly and professionally to potential clients
- Convert leads into sales and meet monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business contacts
- Support marketing efforts by distributing brochures, posters, and promotional materials
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for strategy improvement
- Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, leads, and conversions
- Participate in campaigns, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
