Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell marine gearboxes, propulsion engines, and marine engines across India’s coastal states.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marine fishing industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of market presence.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide technical information, guidance, and support to customers.
• Collect and report insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in marine engineering or related technical industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to coastal areas.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Job Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to anywhere in India (accommodation provided).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
• Accommodation: Provided by the company

Pay: ₹15,308.08 - ₹35,162.56 per month
