Key Responsiblity:

• Conduct daily market visits to engage with existing and potential customers, generate new leads, and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Quotations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer invoices.
• Coordinate with the Section Sales Head on pricing, terms, conditions, and customer offers, and regularly monitor outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with the Logistics team for smooth order execution, including material sorting and vehicle arrangements.
• Liaise with the Accounts department to manage online payments, invoicing matters, refund claims, and broker commission settlements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, resolve invoicing issues, and ensure proper record archiving.
