About the Role:
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the technical services sector. You will leverage your existing network and expertise to build strong client relationships, understand their technical needs, and propose tailored solutions that align with our service offerings. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the technical services sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the technical services market
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and effectively present our technical services solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the technical services industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
