Key Responsibilities
- book hotel rooms to individual, corporate, and travel clients
- Generate bookings for hotel rooms, group stays, and corporate meetings
- Visit companies, travel agents, and corporate offices for business development
- Promote hotel services, room packages, and meeting/conference facilities
- Handle corporate inquiries for meetings, conferences, and events
- Negotiate rates and close deals with corporate clients
- Achieve monthly room sales and meeting booking targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Coordinate with hotel operations and management for smooth bookings
- Prepare and submit regular sales and booking reports
Compensation
- This is a fully commission-based position
- No fixed salary
- High commission per successful sale
- No earning limit for the right candidate
Requirements
- Basic communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently
