Job Responsibilities:
Branch Activation & Presence
-
Work physically from assigned SNB branches according to the rollout plan.

Act as the primary Tasheel representative at the branch level.

Build strong working relationships with SNB branch staff and management.
Customer Follow-Up & Sales
-
Follow up with customers referred through SNB branches and the referral portal.
-
Explain Tasheel personal loan products clearly and professionally.
-
Guide customers through the referral and application journey.
-
Ensure timely follow-up to improve conversion and booking rates.
Referral Management
-
Ensure accurate entry and submission of referral details.
-
Track referral status from submission to approval/booking.
-
Resolve basic customer or branch-related inquiries related to referrals.
Coordination & Reporting
-
Coordinate closely with Tasheel call center, operations, and underwriting teams.

Provide daily and weekly performance and activity reports.
-
Share branch feedback and operational challenges with management.
Compliance & Governance
-
Ensure full adherence to SAMA regulations, SNB requirements, and Tasheel policies.
-
Maintain customer data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of referrals generated per branch.

Referral-to-application conversion rate.

Approved and booked loan volumes.

Customer follow-up turnaround time.

Branch activation effectiveness.

Compliance and data accuracy score.
Qualification:
-
Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
-
1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, financial services, or customer acquisition.

Experience in personal loans, retail banking, or field sales is an advantage.

banking branch environments
and coordination with branch CSRs and relationship officers.

Ability to track referral status (submitted, contacted, converted, booked) and take corrective follow-up actions.

Competent in using
MS Office tools
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for basic reporting and updates.
